Technical Notes

Extremely steep and strenuous with Class 2-3 scrambling near the summit. Trail climbs through forest to Stujack Pass, then follows an exposed ridge to the summit. The final summit push is exposed with a knife-edge ridge. Not for beginners. Loose rock in places. One of the highest non-volcanic peaks accessible as a day hike.
