Technical Notes

Short, paved-then-gravel trail with spectacular panoramic views of the Bailey Range, Mount Olympus, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the Olympics. One of the most accessible viewpoints in Olympic NP. Hurricane Ridge Rd may close in winter. Very popular — arrive early in summer. Bring layers — wind can be fierce at the top.
